Cutaway Floorplans

Perspective, or "cutaway" floorplans are easier for the buyer to interpret, and they display features that may be difficult to see on a traditional floorplan. In addition, they protect your design investment because they are difficult for a competitor to appropriate.

This house, which was built in Sedona, Arizona, has several distinctive features, including an enclosed front garden (see inset above). The builder chose a perspective floorplan that gave a sense of how the interior and exterior spaces would relate to each other and to the spectacular view of the mountains.
